CIAP

Our Mission

Everyone deserves to age in a kind, gentle, and graceful way.

That belief drives everything CIAP does, from the homes we help make safer to the community we help seniors build.

Vision

The world we are working toward.

A society characterized by fairness and compassion, where every individual experiences a lasting sense of independence, dignity, purpose, and security as they navigate the aging process. After all, everyone deserves to age in a kind, gentle, and graceful way.

Mission Overview

Aging embraced with purpose.

At CIAP, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for millions of older adults as they navigate life beyond retirement. We support aging in place through community engagement, professional education, and resource navigation. We do not sell services ourselves. We independently evaluate senior-focused providers and products, then guide families to the ones that genuinely fit their situation.

Our Comprehensive Approach

How we get there.

Safe Aging in Place

We provide funding for home safety assessments so seniors can identify and address hazards in their homes. We also co-pay for Occupational Therapists to earn their CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) certification, so our communities have qualified professionals dedicated to keeping older adults safe and independent at home.

Community Engagement & Advocacy

We host senior events that spread awareness about aging issues, raise funds for our mission, and give seniors real opportunities to socialize, connect, and enjoy life. These gatherings combat isolation while building a stronger, more supportive community.

Comprehensive Case Management

We are developing a personalized guidance program with dedicated case managers who work one-on-one with seniors and their families, navigating the complex landscape of available resources to create customized support plans for each individual's needs.

We strengthen our impact through strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and senior service organizations, building communities where every senior can live fully, contribute meaningfully, and age with confidence.

The Goal

10M by 2030

CIAP aims to impact the lives of no fewer than 10 million older adults by 2030.
