Senior Help
Hotline
A Free, AI-Powered Resource Line for Seniors
Now Launching in Pilot Communities
The Coalition for Individuals Aging In Place (CIAP) is proud to introduce the Senior Help Hotline – a completely free telephone service that connects older adults and their families to trusted, vetted local resources in minutes.
Look for our simple 2' × 3' corrugated signs around your neighborhood that read:
“WE HELP SENIORS” followed by a dedicated hotline number.
How It Works
-
Our first pilot area uses 720-893-8026.
These signs are placed around key pilot areas. Keep an eye out in high traffic areas around 120th and I-25.
-
No menus or hold music — live voice within three rings (≤30s). No automated transfers. Our agent uses empathetic, clear speech for older adults and stay on the line until the issue is resolved or a next step is agreed. Calls are answered 24/7 .

Trusted Providers Only
Every referral comes from the vetted provider. A CIAP associate director rigorously screens every listed organization for quality, licensing, insurance, and senior-focused service standards.
100% Free – No Catch
There is never a fee for callers. The hotline is funded by CIAP and future grant support so seniors pay nothing to get the help they deserve.
Why Unique Phone Numbers per Area?
Each small cluster of signs (1–5 per neighborhood or town) will eventually have its own dedicated number. This lets us:
Know exactly which communities are reaching out
Understand the most urgent needs in each location
Scale the program smarter and faster
Deliver better services where they’re needed most We are starting
We are starting with just one number (720-893-8026) and will add new numbers as the pilot grows.
